Beginner Violin Class

Due to privacy issues, I make it a point not to post pictures or videos of the students online. However, I thought it would wonderful for everyone to hear the progress that is being made! I am soooo proud of them! The song is Ode to Joy. There are five students involved and it is played with a piano accompaniment. I am hoping to get some music from some of the other classes uploaded some time in the near future.

Tuesday's Class

Tyler brought his practice sheet with 5 smiley faces - 5 times of practice!  Good job!

Kyanna

Kyanna also had 5 smiley faces this week.  Way to go!!!!

He's not always in tune but he sure is cute =)

Thursday Class

Today, the violin class really worked on playing together as a group.  Practice makes perfect, and they are improving.

There were two students today who went Above and Beyond the practice requirements!  WooHoo!

Tuesday's Class

The violin class that meets on Tuesdays is made up of my younger violin students.  Several said that they had practiced, but unfortunately, they forgot to bring their practice sheets.  Only one of the four students did the practice time AND turned in his sheet.

Keep working Twinkle, Twinkle, and Lightly Row.  Practice at least the first line of Ode to Joy.  Don't forget that the Fine Arts Festival is coming.  Let's be ready!
